Phases of New Construction Projects

First Phase: The Design

Preconstruction – Architectural Design - Permitting

These plans include details such as: what work will be done, how long work is expected to take with an accompanying schedule proposal, and who will do the work. Careful scheduling and good timing predictions are some of the keys to ensuring that your project comes to completion on time.

Second Phase: The Construction
